How to Install and setup MAG: Form Builder App

Step 1: Activate the application
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find the theme you want and click Customize.
- Go to App embeds and enable MyAppGurus Form Builder.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Create a Form in the Application
- There are multiple templates for forms in the app that you can select and create quickly.

Step 3: Publish the form on the site
- The app allows you to publish the form on the Shopify pages.
- You can add the form everywhere like a specific page, or all the pages of your store.
Step 4: Check the submitted data (Form Wise)
- You can view the submission in the app or receive an email notification at your admin email access.
- You can discuss this further via admin email.
